Q. What is the check-in and check-out time?
A. Check-in starts from 15:00~22:00 and check- out is from07:00~11:00 noon.

Q. Is it possible to delay check-out?
A. We are sorry, but we don't accept an extension of check out time.

Q. Can you store my luggage before checking in and after checking out?
A. Yes, we can store your luggage.

Q. Do you have a pickup and drop off service to airport / remote island terminal?

A. Yes, we offer a free pick you up service. Please tell us your preference at the time of booking. 

Q. Is there internet connection?
A. Yes, free WiFi is provided throughout the property. There is the WiFi password in the room. 

Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A. Yes, all the building is non-smoking. Please smoke at terrace or outside. 

Q. Do you change the bed linen every day?
A. Staying for two or more nights in a row. We ask for your cooperation once every two days to replace bed linen and clean rooms.
(Please inquire customers who wish to change bed linen every day and cleaning.)
We collect garbage, change towels and make the bed every day.

Q. Do you provide towels and shampoo?
A. Yes, bath towels and towels are available in your room.
In addition, shampoo, conditioner, body soap are installed in the shower room. 

Q. Do you have a washing machine, detergent or dryer?
A. Please use it freely as detergent / softener is prepared in the washroom. There is one simple clothes in each room, so please use it as well. There is no dryer (there is a coin-operated laundry at 5 minutes by car).

Q. Is breakfast included? From what time?
A. We have prepared a toast and coffee or sandwiches as complimentary. Breakfast time is from 7:00am ~ 11:00am.
? If you request the breakfast, please inform us in advance. 
?Unfortunately, we don't provide lunch and dinner. 

Q. There is a kitchen in the room, but do you have

kitchenware and seasoning?

A. Cookware and dishes are available. We don't prepare seasonings as sanitary reasons.

Q. Can we do BBQ in the garden? Can I borrow tools?
A. Yes, we can accept barbecue at a terrace. Please let us know in advance. 

Q. Is there a vending machine nearby? and shop where you can buy beer?
A. Yes, there is a convenience store in the place about 3 minutes by car.

Q. Which credit card type can I use for payment?
A. You can pay with Visa, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners, Discover. 

Q. From "Ishigaki Airport" by "Taxi", how much would it be and time standard?
A. The fare is about 1,500 yen and the time is about 15 minutes.

Q. From Ishigaki Airport by local bus, where should I get off? 
A. Take the Island Terminal and get off at "Taiyo no Sato". Our place is about four minutes on foot from there. 

Q. In the case of "taxi" from remote island terminal, how much is the fare and time standard?
A. The price is about 1,500 yen and the time is about 15 minutes.

Q. Is there a parking lot?
A.  Yes, there is a large parking space available for free.

Q. Do you accommodate pets?
A. Unfortunately, we don?t accept any pets. We only accept assistance dog to stay.
